Shipping Policy
At karCare we ship pan-India.
- Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your pin code. Remote locations may take a little longer.
- Charges: Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A small fee may apply on Cash-on-Delivery orders and is shown at checkout.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
- Cash on Delivery: Available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready for a contactless handover.
